Le-Vel Brands LLC is committed to delivering your wellness products quickly and safely across all 50 United States.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order must be placed before 12:00 PM CST)
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery destination. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or internationally at this time.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
